Started business from scratch with mere 39, 000/- revenue first year, that too after two major business failures, he not only he sustained but emerged as a leader in respect of trading industry in Gujarat.
After the stupendous success in trading, TEAM RAJIV started manufacturing woven sack by forward integration in full swing. The company also manufactures winding wires, panel boards, light fittings etc. and has approval and certification of products from various system certification bodies like ISO, BUREAU VERITAS/UKAS, CPRI, TAC.
Personal Achievements
Rajiv Vastupal was the senior vice-president at the prestigious All India Management Association (AIMA) and later its President for a year with effect from October 01, 2011.
He served Ahmedabad Management Association (AMA) as President from 2005 to 2007 and contributed Rs. 50 lakh for building state of the art J. B. Auditorium as a farewell gesture. A generous corpus of Rs. 10 lakh has also been donated to AMA to start Rajiv Vastupal Achievers Academy, where various activities are performed like Diploma in Sales, publications and lectures addressed by achievers.
He is the founder of Gujarat Chapter, YPO and also a board member of WPO Mumbai and WPO South Asia. He is also member of the Board of Governors at IIM, Bangalore. Currently serving as a board of Governor for IIM, Udaipur. He is the Chairperson of FICCI – Gujarat State Council.
Mr. Rajiv became Trustee of a 106 years old homeopathic Trust in the year 1986, which has attracted a largest number of patients (more than 30 lacs) so far. The Homeopathy and the physiotherapy clinic help in providing healing services at an affordable rate.
